Postage and Handling is charged as a flat rate.

Within Australia P&H = $6.00

International P&H = $15.00

Returns

We strive to achieve 100% satisfaction however if you are not completely satisfied please review our Returns Policy.

You may return most unused items purchased at Sha Eli within 7 days of the original delivery.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 1 month of receiving the returned item.
